Shipping policy

Sinag (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") is not responsible for lost items in terms of outside couriers. We ship our products mostly through J&T Express. Therefore, we should not be held liable for any misconduct with shipment. 

We offer same day delivery within Metro Manila through third party apps like Grab, Move it, Lalamove and others that may be available. We also should not be held liable for any mishandle outside Sinag The Label site, platform and brand. 

All shipping fee/ delivery fee should be shouldered by the buyer exclusive from discounts and promos. 

1-10days should be allotted for delivery & shipping.
